2. How we use it and why

  • To provide your booking – reservation, payment, confirmations and guest service (needed to perform our contract with you).
  • Legal obligations – guest registration required by Cuban law, accounting and tax records.
  • Legitimate interests – website security, fraud prevention, answering questions and improving our service.
  • Your consent – newsletter and, where the law requires it, analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sign in with Google

You can create your guest account or sign in with your Google account. If you do, Google shares with us only your name, e-mail address and Google account identifier (scopes: openid, email, profile). We use them only to create your account, sign you in and send account and booking e-mails. We never receive your Google password, we do not access your contacts, files or other Google data, and we do not sell this information or share it beyond what section 3 describes.
